Ace. It’s all Marcus Stroman heard all offseason, with the departure of David Price to the Boston Red Sox the Blue Jays had a hole at the top of their starting rotation. Stroman, 24 at the time was expected to step up into being the Blue Jays ace and there was reason to believe he was capable of doing so.
